отсутствуют плагины qbsprojectmanager и qmlscene, нет поддержки gcc 8.3.1

- Build qbsprojectmanager plugin with bundled qbs (ALT #36917).
- Use ALT-specific Qt5 utilities names.
- Build perfparser from submodule.
