Давно пора собирать c ENABLE_WEBKIT=OFF и USE_WEBENGINE=ON.

Прошу по возможности обкладывать хотя бы %ifnarch %e2k riscv64, т.к. webengine портирован не на все наши архитектуры.  Ещё лучше бы применять _белый_ список -- см. тж. rpm-macros-qt5-webengine.

Иными словами, для меня на e2k новый пакет psi-plus оказался сломан;
вдобавок наблюдаю в сизифе psi-plus-l10n предыдущей ветки (1.2.x).
