Как я понимаю, пакет сейчас не собирается на этой платформе. По крайней мере, я испытываю существенные трудности с ним: http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/239654/logs/events.1.1.log

К счастью, @glebfm нашёл в интернетах решение:
