Не включает plymouth несмотря на то, что ни одного шифрованного диска в системе нет. Поддержка LUKS включена.

Возможно, /tmp/fstab генерируется некорректный.

Я уже не помню про это ничего. Видимо, были какие-то проблемы с plymouth если корень на luks. Возможно жизнь с тех пор изменилась.

Ввод пароля, небось.
