В man girar-import написано:

List of valid binary repositories may be obtained by command:

       girar-remote acl --list

Указанная команда нерабочая:

$ girar-remote acl --list
gitery-sh: acl --list: Invalid command
gitery-sh: Try `help' command for more information.
