After boot on an intelbaytrail processor with 2GB of ram, the ram used by gnome3  just after boot on both p9 and sisyphus is extremely high (about 1.5GB, unkown to the linux world:)) and freees the laptop.
It seems from htop that most of this ram is used by packagekit.
Removing packagekit solves the ram overuse issue.
Maybe pakckagekit is misconfigured?

I had no chance to try on installed system yet. Is it a known problem for the live only?

I didn't find this problem when using Alt Regular Gnome. Similarly, when using the Starter Kit Gnome P10.

I propose to close this issue, since it has been solved.

gnome-software has been removed from Alt Regular Gnome and Starterkit Kit Gnome P10.
