В /etc/rkhunter.conf по умолчанию указана строка XINETD_CONF_PATH=/etc/xinetd.conf.

Ввиду отсутствия такого на kworkstation-x86-64 приводит к следующему:

[root@kworkstation-x86-64 ~]# rkhunter -c --enable all --disable none
Invalid XINETD_CONF_PATH configuration option: Non-existent pathname: /etc/xinetd.conf

Исправьте свой конфиг
 Лучше указать лишнию проверку, чем пропустить возможную опасность
