По команде /usr/bin/webtorrent-desktop ничего не происходит.

Пакет webtorrent-desktop устарел и не запускается. В репозитории 0.20, последняя версия 0.24

В составе SL нет webtorrent-desktop. На пакет.

Пакет удалён из Сизифа и p10.
