Команда blscfg необходима для отображения пунктов меню, которые создает ostree через добавление файлов в каталог /boot/loader/entries

Команда реализуется патчем https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/grub2/raw/rawhide/f/0021-blscfg-add-blscfg-module-to-parse-Boot-Loader-Specif.patch
