Без установленного gdisk
В разделе Administration - Storage/Disk  - при нажатии на "initialize  with GPT"  
выдаётся ошибка:
"TASK ERROR: failed to execute "sgdisk" "/dev/sdX" "-U" "R" - No such file or directory (os error 2)"

Думаю, что нужна зависимость на gdisk.

  А ещё в

pve-storage/PVE/API2/Disks/Directory.pm:my $SGDISK = '/sbin/sgdisk';

  а в pve-storage-alt.patch меняется путь только в pve-storage/PVE/Diskmanage.pm
