spec for SDL2_mixer fixing this bug

Хотелось бы включить в SDL2_mixer поддержку opus, благо для этого надо немногое - в spec-файле просто добавить "BuildRequires: libopusfile-devel".
Без этого не работает звук в Taisei Project (https://taisei-project.org/), т.к. там вся BGM в формате opus.
После добавления строчки, смены alt2 на alt3, пересборки SRPM, сборки пакета через hsh и обновления его через rpm -U звук заработал.

На всякий случай, spec, с которым я собирал, в приложении (но почта там не в домене altlinux.*, т.е. sisyphys_check он не пройдёт).

Подтверждаю, opus теперь работает в SDL2_mixer из sysiphus.
