Sorry, I don't have an estimate. Task was sent to check, eventually it should pass. For now you can try using the task itself. It's task 295471:

# apt-repo add 295471
# apt-get update
# apt-get dist-upgrade

Or you can just manually install currently missing dependencies:
# apt-get install mkvtoolnix mkvinfo
