It's hard to report anything. As you can see on the screenshot (top right corner) the language is set to EN.

I enjoy Alt Linux I would love to see it more popular outside of Russia (I'm Polish btw) but for this to happen English must be fully available.

No, as it's currently implemented. Either RU or EN

I suggest json'ify descriptions as experimental feature
