The package size of npm-8.3.1-alt1.noarch.rpm is 67M, while the previous
npm-6.14.15-alt1.noarch.rpm took just 3.7M.

This is a noticeable change for containers especially.

For comparison Fedora36 npm-8.3.1 takes less than 1.7M.
