Почему-то при установке прозрачности меняется прозрачность всего кроме выпадающего списка с приложениями.

Так же уточню, что параметр изменения Прозраночти нелогичен.

ScrollBar Прозрачность фона: (где 100 - непрозрачный, а 0 - наоборот прозрачный)
