Step to reproduce:

1. Open settings
2. Open streams
3. Enter server with rtmps protocol
4. Apply, ok
5. Click on start streaming

Expected result: streaming is started

Actual result:

The window with this message appears:

Failed to load root certificates for a secure TLS connection. Check you have an up to date root certificate bundle in /etc/ssl/certs

I guess it should looking for a certificate bundle at /etc/pki/tls/certs.
