Шаги воспроизведения:
1) $ ksirk
2) Настройка > Настроить ksirk
3) Нажать на "Справка"

Результат: Не удалось найти файл configuration.html в /usr/share/kf5/doc/HTML/en//ksirk/configuration.html. 

Ожидаемый результат: открытие справки

Справка из Справка > Руководство пользователя открывается корректно
