Package python3-module-mako requires Pytest and its dependencies at runtime due to Python `mako.testing` package shipped together with the 'main' RPM package.

This kind of functionality should be moved to its own package (e.g. `tests` or `testing`) or removed.


Actual problem is that mako requires Pytest and maintainer of the latter has to
rebuild ~500 more packages for nothing.
