Шаги воспроизведения

1.  Изменить политику Компьютер - Административные шаблоны - Система
    ALT - Виртуализация - Права на устройства QEMU KVM

2.  На клиенте проверить значение по умолчанию:

        # apt-get install qemu-kvm && control kvm

Ожидаемый результат: vmusers

Фактический результат: control: No such facility: kvm

Связано с изменением в qemu-8.0.0-alt1: Drop udev rules and control for
/dev/kvm. Поэтому политика выглядит бесполезной для репозиториев P10 /
Sisyphus.
