Также я получил такую ошибку:
CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/cmark/cmark-targets.cmake:86 (message):
  The imported target "cmark::cmark_exe" references the file

     "/usr/bin/cmark"

Видимо, должна быть явная зависимость devel на cmark
