subj: please, add and package /usr/bin/wx-config-3.2
to libwxBase3.2-devel for compatibility.

I checked, fedora and mageia have /usr/bin/wx-config-3.2.

For example, rename /usr/bin/wx-config to /usr/bin/wx-config-3.2
and symlink /usr/bin/wx-config to /usr/bin/wx-config-3.2
to have both /usr/bin/wx-config and /usr/bin/wx-config-3.2.
