Надо еще и ACL сбросить. Лучше сразу со всего, чем ты не собираешься заниматься.
Будет больше шансов, что к-н подберет.

Я хочу стать мейнтейнером этого пакета. Тоже подготовил обновление:

Юрий, ни твоё, ни моё обновление не исправляют #46247.
Все фильтры на которых видны артефакты пришли из gst-plugins-good1.0,
текущая версия frei0r-plugins прекрасно работает.
