Проблема решается приложеным патчем.

Реализовано в
#334561 TESTED #1 [test-only] sisyphus highlight.git=4.3-alt2
для быстроты можно одобрить там.

При попытке пересобрать перловую транзакцию вылезли bad_elf_symbols.
