qbittorrent почему-то тянет python2 библиотеки:
№ apt-get install qbittorrent

Построение дерева зависимостей... Завершено
Следующие дополнительные пакеты будут установлены:
  python-modules python-modules-compiler python-modules-ctypes
  python-modules-email python-modules-encodings python-modules-unittest
  python2-base
Следующие НОВЫЕ пакеты будут установлены:
  python-modules python-modules-compiler python-modules-ctypes
  python-modules-email python-modules-encodings python-modules-unittest
  python2-base qbittorrent

Думаю, что такой зависимости быть не должно.

В https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/blob/1773b1ea05d60ccdb2c5185e48410267c5245632/INSTALL написано, что python3 опционален. А про устаревший python2 вообще ни слова:
