Шаги воспроизведения:

# openstack server create myserv --flavor myflavor --volume volumev3

Получаемый результат:

Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)

В логах /var/log/httpd2/cinder_error.log такое сообщение:

mod_wsgi (pid=31947): Target WSGI script '/var/www/cgi-bin/cinder-osapi_volume' does not contain WSGI application 'application'.
