SPEC lpm 1.2.9

Текстовый редактор Lite-XL (https://packages.altlinux.org/ru/sisyphus/srpms/lite-xl/) поставляется в "базовой комплектации", без расширений на lua (https://github.com/lite-xl/lite-xl-plugins). В расширения вынесена, в том числе, поддержка LSP и tree-sitter, git, интерфейс настроек редактора и т.п. 

Для управления расширениями используется Lite-XL plugin manager (https://github.com/lite-xl/lite-xl-plugin-manager), который позволят устанавливать, удалять и обновлять расширения.

В приложении - черновой SPEC, проверенный в свежем Сизифе на собираемость и работоспособность.
