chatty 0.8.7-alt1 не запускается в Phosh, кроме того он пропал из избранных приложений.
Если переименовать desktop файл (такое имя было в прошлой версии), то он возвращается в избранные и начинает запускаться:
mv /usr/share/applications/sm.puri.{c,C}atty.desktop
