файл /usr/lib64/libhiredis.so.1 из устанавливаемого пакета libhiredis1.3.0-1.3.0-alt1.x86_64 конфликтует с файлом из пакета libhiredis1-1.2.0-alt2.x86_64

да, этот симлинк был добавлен апстримом в целях совместимости с какими-то старыми версиями и у нас в репозитории не используется. Сейчас его удалю.
