Платформы, обновленные до Sisyphus:

kworkstation-11.1-x86-64

Шаги воспроизведения:

Навести курсор на любую кнопку на панели

Ожидаемый результат:
Текст отображается корректно

Фактический:
При наведении на кнопки не виден текст

Дополнение: На темной теме текст отображается корректно
