"При сборке из исходного кода модуль не собирается по умолчанию; его необходимо включить с помощью параметра сборки ‑‑with‑http_geoip_module"

Как следствие, к примеру, не запускаются тесты в angie/tests, требующие этот модуль:
$ TEST_ANGIE_BINARY=/usr/sbin/angie prove geoip.t
./geoip.t .................................. skipped: no http_geoip available
