У installer-distro-alt-education-stage2 нужно убрать устаревшие requires, предоставляемые installer-common-stage2:
installer-feature-services
installer-feature-autohostname-stage2

У installer-distro-alt-education-stage3 нужно убрать устаревшие requires, предоставляемые installer-common-stage:
installer-feature-setup-network-stage3
