Стенд:
Alt kWorkstation 11.2 обновленный до Сизиф

Версия:
 winehelper-0.10.0-alt1

Шаги воспроизведения:
 $ winehelper -i npul

Ожидаемый результат:
 Установка прошла успешно.

Реальный результат:
 Возникла ошибка 404 при установке.

Информация: "Скачивание файла NalogUL.msi..." 
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404

Доп. Инфо.: Так же проверялось в p10. Воспроизводится, но с ошибкой 403.
