ошибка: Неудовлетворенные зависимости:
	arrow-devel = 23.0.1-alt1:sisyphus+414580.700.27.1 нужен для (установлен) python3-module-pyarrow-23.0.1-alt1.x86_64

Из-за этого при последнем обновлении python3-module-clickhouse-driver (0.2.11-alt1), который стал требовать pyarrow, в систему прилетает много devel зависимостей.
