Please package /usr/share/doc/libalsa-1.0.8 separately.

$ du -s /usr/share/doc/libalsa-1.0.8 /usr/include/alsa
5,6M    /usr/share/doc/libalsa-1.0.8
388K    /usr/include/alsa
