Шаги воспроизведения:
1. Запросить информацию о редакциях:
$ alteratorctl editions

Результат: происходит аварийный останов
$ alteratorctl editions
* Альт Образование (edition_education)
free(): invalid pointer
Аварийный останов

Ожидаемый результат: выводится список редакций без аварийных остановов
