При запуске avahi получаем
mkdir("/var/lib/run/avahi-daemon/"): No such file or directory

нет такой директории /var/lib/run

Предлагаю собрать avahi чтоб он писал свой pid в /var/run/avahi-daemon/
в секцию %files добавить
%attr(775,root,avahi) %dir %_var/run/avahi-daemon
