mc-4.5.55-alt7 doesn\'t look inside ~/.terminfo for terminal descriptions although ncurses programs do.

If TERM=Eterm, and I have ~/.terminfo/E/Eterm and no /usr/share/terminfo/E/Eterm, mc looks inside /usr/share/terminfo/E/ and doesn\'t look inside my personal terminfo, and so doesn\'t find the description.

In the same situation emacs-nox (kinled with ncurses) does find the description.
