The by-type url handler and the curses shell that uses it and that is used by Mutt should go to separate pkgs.

Perhaps a more general utility should be developed: to handle typed data (files, urls) and to select the tools for it (url_handler config, menu, alternatives, wm_select are have much in common).

After splitting, should check for other pkgs\' dependencies on urlview: not to depend on the curses part.

Все клиенты urlview переключились (или должны переключиться) на xdg-open и он как раз работает так, как просит Ваня в репорте.
