К сожалению i386-mingw32msvc-dx* - это никем не поддерживаемый варез.

Ваши предложения?

i386-mingw32msvc-SDL собрался без i386-mingw32msvc-dx80.

i386-mingw32msvc-wxWidgets не собрался, но по другой причине:
