При очередном dist-upgrade получаю такое:
file /usr/share/doc/qt-4.2.2/qsa-examples.tar.bz2 from install of
libqt4-qsa-4.2.2-alt3 conflicts with file from package qt4-doc-examples-4.2.2-alt2

хотя, возможно, это false alarm, это был install, а не dist-upgrade.
