installer should add umask=0,showexec,quiet to vfat options, and in ideal world, put codepage/charset to /etc/auto.tab too.

BTW, it would be sane to create automounted records in fstab too, so that user could do \&quot;umount /dev/fd0\&quot; and not wait for automount to umount the media.

At least it\'s exactly what I have to do routinely on systems which have vfat partitions...

мож вообще пересмотреть баги на installer стоит?  многие 7xxx напоминают 1xxx.
