Help button in wiki should point to the local copy of documentation, because of 
local changes in wiki setup and version discrepancies which may render external 
documentation (http://wackowiki.com/WackoDokumentacija/WackoSintaksis) 
inadequate.

More, local documentation is always available when wiki itself is available, 
unlike external one.

Раз у вакки документация на сайте, а сайт - работает, то нехай будет внешняя.

Для уменьшения дублирования (seiroswiki в Sisyphus, seiroswiki в Infrastructure, freesource.info в Infrastructure) передвигаю баги на freesource.info
