По умолчанию ivman настроен весьма строго и многие пользователи могут либо не
знать, либо не догадаться про control, и считать, что ivman в АЛЬТе не работает
из коробки. Поэтому неплохо было бы в %description написать про control.

А я бы положил бы файл REAME.ALT с описанием...
