Categories=Application;System;Utility;Core;GTK;

should be 
Categories=Core;GTK;System;FileTools;FileManager
because
Application is non-standard,
Utility is misleading (Small utility application, "Accessories")
FileManager	A file manager	System;FileTools --- is exactly the one.

Обнаружен следующий minor, но неприятный, баг:
pcmanfm в списке пакетов в Сизифе, устанавливающих .desktop файлы,
но не вызывающих %update_menus в %post/%postun.
