In %post and %postun scripts install-info is not performed for the following files (basename only):

ada-mode
autotype
ebrowse
efaq
emacs-mime
eshell
eudc
gnus
idlwave
pcl-cvs
woman

Therefore these files are not accessible through the info directory.
