The schedutils package is missing the man page for ionice. However, one is
available on the internet: <http://www.die.net/doc/linux/man/man1/ionice.1.html>
The email address listed at the end of the file leads me to believe it could be
pulled from the SuSE packages.

In fact this package is now part of util-linux. So all we really need is just
obsolete schedutils by util-linux and build util-linux with:

%def_with schedutils

В util-linux man уже присутствует, так что багу можно считать самопофиксенной
