Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page, select a region, try to print only the selection.

Actual Results:  
No way (I looked in the "Print..." dialog).

Expected Results:  
It's possible, as it is possible in firefox.

В Konqueror-4.0.0 есть

"File" > "Print" > "Selection" menu item is disabled. :(

Неизвестно, когда будет. Разве что, в FireFox есть.
