при добавлении "failsafe noapic nolapic acpi=off" к alt21 проблемы нет

Steps to Reproduce:
1. на машине с alt linux server 4.0.1 пускаем netcat -l 9999 < /dev/zero
2. другой (обязательно другой!) машинке netcat -v IP_PROBLEM_PC 9999|dd
of=/dev/null bs=1024 count=2048000

Actual Results:  
через несколько секунд ( в пределах минуты-двух) - мертвый вис, на экране и в
логах ничего

Expected Results:  
при добавлении "failsafe noapic nolapic acpi=off" к alt21 работает корректно

В 4.0/branch исправления не будут вноситься уже технически (заглушена очередь на сборку), поэтому прошу ошибки, актуальные для sisyphus/p7/t7, перевесить на текущие ветки или сизиф.
