Some letters in a selection in a Czech text aren't shown.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. evince http://www.opera-praha.cz/tours/wp-content/janacek-jenufa.pdf
2. Select the first line with the mouse: "Podve&#269;er. Osam&#283;l&#253; pohorsk&#253; ml&#253;n.
Vpravo p&#345;ed"
3.
Actual Results:  
In the selection, "&#269;", "&#283;", and "&#345;" can not be seen. (Although, when I paste it
to gedit, these letters are correctly pasted, so, this means, they are correctly
encoded in the PDF and could in principle be shown in evince.)
