После исправления этой ошибки необходимо пересобрать все пакеты, в которых уже
успел наследить этот makeinfo version 4.11

Саша, пакет texinfo был обновлён тобой и по твоей инициативе.
Поэтому, ввиду тяжести последствий, исправь пожалуйста побыстрее.

The fix was published several months before 4.11-alt1 release.
I just checked debian and fedora packages, both imported that fix.
